KOLI
KOLI is a multi-award winning gastronomic concept that pays homage to the flavors, ingredients and culture of northeastern Mexico, created by the Rivera-Río brothers. It is located in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León and was founded in 2015.

An eclectic place in San Pedro’s historic quarter that guides you through flavors from all over Mexico. We put special attention in each and every detail, ingredient and fair price so you can enjoy food the way it was meant to.

Casa de la Playa
It’s a tribute to the gastronomy of Sonora, Chihuahua and Nuevo León. We’ll also find the flavours of Southern Mexico, a tribute to corn, base of the gastronomy in central Mexico and most important element for the great prehispanic cultures. Yucatán, Chiapas and Tabasco will set the course of this fine dining.

Monterreina
Monterreina was born to support the countryside of Nuevo Leon, it has Creole corn from Zaragoza and multiflora bee honey from Linares. These elements give a unique touch to the 100% “regia” beer. Enjoy it cold and with your friends.

Wink
Wink is a 100% Mexican rosé wine, clean and bright with coppery colors. Harvested in 2020 in Valle de Guadalupe, with an alcohol content of 11.9°, floral and fruity aromatic notes to pair with seafood and fresh dishes.
