In 2025, KOLI proudly celebrated its tenth anniversary, a milestone that marked a decade dedicated to elevating Northeastern Mexican cuisine through local ingredients, time-honored techniques, and the stories behind each dish. Throughout those ten years, every glass, every plate, and every member of the KOLI family played an essential role in shaping our journey.

To commemorate this milestone, we had the honor of collaborating with Casa Madero, one of Mexico’s most iconic wineries, to create a special wine for our tenth anniversary. Together, we brought their expertise and our vision to a blend of 45% Malbec, 35% Cabernet Franc, and 20% Petit Verdot, created to accompany and celebrate our cuisine.

This wine became a tribute to ten years of work, growth, and shared experiences, as well as to everyone who has been part of our story. More than a commemorative bottle, it remains a reflection of a milestone that will always be part of KOLI.
